The holiday apartment "El Hacho" is located in Manilva and boasts a beautiful view of the Mediterranean Sea. The 60 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom, and 1 bathroom, and can accommodate 4 people. Among the on-site amenities are high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a smart TV with streaming services, air conditioning, a dishwasher, and a washing machine. A travel baby cot and a high chair can also be provided. This apartment offers a private outdoor space with an open and covered terrace, perfect for enjoying the outdoors. Guests can also enjoy a shared outdoor area with a pool (open only in high season, precise opening times are subject to yearly change) and a barbecue. A parking space is available in a garage. Families with children are welcome. Pets, smoking, and celebrating events are not allowed. Guests are asked to observe the quiet hours during their stay (no noise after midnight) and not to hang out laundry, towels, etc. on the balcony or the street-facing wall (this is subject to a fine according to the community rules). The property has step-free access. There are security cameras and/or audio recording devices on the premises. An elevator is available in the building.
